This event will be held from Monday 23rd April, 2018 to  Friday 27th April, 2018 between the hours of 10:00am – 1:00pm on the CDHF Grounds.

Emergency Evacuation Exercise at Princes Town District Health Facility
11 April 2018

The South-West Regional Health Authority wishes to advise the public that a full scale emergency evacuation exercise will be conducted at the Princes Town District Health Facility on Thursday 12th April, 2018 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon.  As a result, healthcare services at the Emergency and Primary Care Departments will be temporarily interrupted to conduct this exercise.

Community Liaison Unit's two (2) day Easter Camp

The staff of the Community Liaison Unit will be hosting a two (2) Day Easter Camp on Thursday 5th & Friday 6th April, 2018, for children between 8-17years living with Diabetes. Second Bridging the Gap between Primary and Secondary Care Workshop

The Secondary and Primary Care Departments hosted their 2nd Bridging the Gap between Primary and Secondary Care Workshop on March 24th, 2018 at the Level 3 Conference Room, San Fernando Teaching Hospital. These Workshops were designed to connect healthcare professionals in primary and secondary care and improve service delivery in the South-West Region. Approximately 60 healthcare professionals attended this year’s workshop which featured presentations centred on The Diabetic Foot and Wound Care.
