Certificate of Achievement for Ward 2 Clinic

The South-West Regional Health Authority proudly recognises the Ward 2 Clinic of the San Fernando General Hospital for receiving the Certificate of Achievement in honour of its Best Use of Differentiation in PDSA (“Planned Do Study Action”). The certificate from the I-Tech University of Washington was presented on July 20th, 2017 at the Trinidad Hilton.
