World Blood Donor Day Celebrations at Blood Bank

Donate blood! Save lives! Join the staff at the San Fernando General Hospital’s Blood Bank on Tuesday 14th June, 2016 as they commemorate World Blood Donor Day 2016. Lectures will be conducted by staff from the Infection Prevention and Control Unit and Pathology Laboratory. Tokens will also be distributed on the day. This year’s World Blood Donor Day’s theme is “Blood Connects Us All”. It focuses on thanking blood donors and highlights sharing and connection between blood donors and patients.Come support the Blood Bank and donate blood today!
