La Romaine Health Centre launches Exercise Programme

The SWRHA’s Integrated Diabetes Team in conjunction with the La Romaine Diabetes Support Group will launch their exercise programme on Monday 4th April, 2016 at 3:00 pm. The inaugural exercise session will be conducted in the La Romaine Health Centre Car Park from 4:30 pm to 5:30pm and continue every Monday and Thursday. It aims to engage persons in exercise and promote healthy lifestyle changes as a part of the fight against diabetes. Come out and support this worthy venture!
