Ste. Madeleine Senior Citizens showcase National Pride

In keeping with our national watchwords, “Together we Aspire, Together we Achieve”, members of the Ste. Madeleine Health Centre Senior Citizens Recreation Camp gathered together on September 13th, 2019  to celebrate Independence Day and Republic Day 2019. Proudly donned in their red, black and white, the senior citizens had an evening of activities, comprising various items centred on the rich history of our twin island republic. Persons participated in a quiz with various  questions about Trinidad and Tobago, were entertained with a monologue and modelled their national coloured clothing. The Ste. Madeleine Health Centre Senior Citizens Camp has been in existence for five years and aims to positively affect and improve the health- the physical, mental and social well-being- of elderly persons in the Ste. Madeleine district who are clients at the health centre.
