The importance of Hand Hygiene

The Caroni South Infection Prevention and Control Unit held their World Hand Hygiene Day celebration at the Couva District Heath Facility on May 7th, 2019. This was done using water based paint to simulate soap or sanitizer. All participants received achievement stickers and were invited to show their support for this initiative by stamping painted hands on the "World Hand Hygiene Day 2019” banner.
