PREQUALIFICATION OF CONTRACTORS AND SUPPLIERS

 
The South-West Regional Health Authority is seeking to update its list of Pre-qualified Contractors and Suppliers; and invites all suitably qualified suppliers to be prequalified in the following categories:- 
  1. Termite Treatment/ Pest Control
  2. General Building Works & Maintenance Services
  3. Civil Services
  4. Information Communication Technology Services
  5. Transportation/ Lease of Vehicles/ Vehicle maintenance Services.
  6. Safety & Safety Compliance
  7. Equipment (Office & Minor)
  8. Air Conditioning Installation and Servicing
  9. Security Services & Systems
  10. Kitchen equipment, Food Supplies, Caterers
  11. Scaffolding & Engineering Equipment Rental
  12. Janitorial & Hygienic Services/ Sanitizing/ Steam Cleaning/ Deep Cleaning
  13. Consultancies
  14. Supplies (Stationery, Furniture, Consumables)
  15. Ground Maintenance Services

 

NB: The Prequalification exercise for 2019 will commence on January 02nd 2019. Suppliers/ Contractors who are already registered with the SWRHA are NOT required to purchase a package, however, they are required to submit updated financial documentation (2017 & 2018) if they are to be considered for the new purchase period. Suppliers who have previously submitted documents for registration and are applying for a new category must reapply with a new package.

 

PRE-QUALIFICATION APPLICATION/ AVAILABILITY OF DOCUMENT

The Pre-Qualification package can be bought at the Regional Administrative Centre (RAC I); Paradise Pasture, Independence Avenue, San-Fernando during the normal working hours (8:00am- 4:00pm) upon a non-refundable fee of $150.00. The deadline for the purchase of Pre-Qualification packages is February 02nd 2019.

 

SUBMISSION OF PACKAGES: One (1) fully completed package must be placed in a sealed envelope addressed to:

Envelopes should be clearly marked with the category of goods/ services to which applied

 

Pre-Qualification packages will ONLY be accepted from March 03rd 2019 until March 29th 2019.

Tender documents are available for perusal by prospective Bidders before purchase of the package.
SITE VISITS: Tenderers are required to assemble 15 minutes before the start time of the site visit. The site visit will commence promptly at the time specified. Late comers will NOT be allowed to join the Site Visit NOR sign the register. No further tours will be arranged. Failure to attend the mandatory Site Visit will deem the Bidder ineligible to submit a Bid.
