Job Summary:


The Manager, Human Resources Planning is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Department under the supervision of the General Manager Human Resources. The Manager will be responsible for co-ordinating the implementation of services, policies and procedures through the Human Resources staff and advises on Human Resources issues as well as liaises with Heads of Department to provide technical guidance on the determination of appropriate organizational structures, job analysis, job design and staffing establishment.

Required Qualifications, Training and Experience:

  • First Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management or Social Science.
  • Eight (8) years’ experience in human resources; five (5) of which must be at a managerial level.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Human Resource Management or Personnel principles, practices and procedures.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of statutory laws and government regulations related to the Recruitment and Selection process.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Public Administration, Pension Administration and Performance Management Systems.
  • Experience in a health related environment would be an asset.
